meal 5 : 8oz chicken breast with 2 cups broccoli and 1/2 cup brown rice
pre 48 grams of protein shake /animal pak multi vita
post 48 grams of protein shake
meal 6 : 8 oz chicken breast 1 1/2 cups of brown rice and 2 cup of broccoli
meal 7 : 8-12 eggwhites 1 table spoon pb sugar free 1000mg fish oil
