also I read the best way to get an accurate week to week weight is to weigh yourself the same time everyday and then average it..so 7 days total divide by 7 gives you that weeks weight...then do it the next week...and then the next so that you'll have an average weight every 7 days....this is more accurate as your body fluctuates daily due to water retention etc...
not sure how true this is but it made sense at the time I read it! lol
