TweetJUST START TAKING THOSE PILLS AND START EATING BANANAS EVERY DAY AND IT SHOULD GO AWAY. AND PLENTY OF WATER
TweetWhenever i would miss a week or two of working out, my forearms would cramp real bad for a few workouts till i got back in rhythm. Sometimes they would even cramp up after a really intense workout.
I'm pretty good with my water intake and such so i just related it to either under training/over training.
Well I missed a good month before i started school. Ive been in school and working out again for a month and a half. Not only will my forearms cramp up real bad, but my tri's, bi's, chest, traps, and so fourth.
I'm not really too sure wtf is up but it sucks when im in class and my bicept or something cramps and i yell and crurl up in a ball in the middle of class just trying to grab a book or just move at all lol.
I just picked up some mens one a day and some magnesumum pills to see if that helps. im sure im not intakin all the types of food/vitimans that I used to considering I live on my own now and not at home.
Anyhow im 210lbs with prolly 14% BF and repping 275 for a set of ten on flat bench. Im currently on CEL's m-drool and p-Plex. The crapping was happening way before the test boosters.

TweetI've found L-taruine works well try 5g, 3x day. You can increase it up to 15g depending on your other supps. Check them out first to see how much if any that they might have in them.
Other supps that help with cramps are magnesium, sodium, and potassium.
