add some magnesium to your diet, alternate ice and heat. I am always tweaking something. I do not fight anymore and was never good but i still spar and train as hard as my old body will let me. rolling helps heal pulled muscles. it really helps me a lot. now if there was some way to condition shins that did not feel like a million needles getting shoved in at once.
