TweetHI all, I know you've been seeing a lot of me lately but here goes.
I've been getting cramps ever since I started this cycle, I'm doing 600mg Deca weekly, 50 mg Winny daily, and .2 - .28 mg of Clen a day. Is this usual? I've been drinking water like crazy, sleeping well and stretching well before and after every workout. What gives?

TweetWinstrol and Clenbuterol are both known to cause cramps. The combination of the two is probably what your problem is.

TweetYeah when i took clen i had horrible cramps. For once in my life i felt bad for my girl when she got hers cause i knew how she felt. Drink a shit load of water and it will help a little. But hey i lost 7% bf on clen so i could deal with the cramps to look better.

Tweet6 grams of Taurine per day as clen severely depleates it, and some pottasium would be nice as well.
This should greately reduce the cramping problems.

TweetSounds like your electrolyte levels are low from taking in proportionately too much H2O vs potassium. If your water is good, just up the potassium bro. Either cook using a potassium chloride salt (KCl) instead of a sodium chloride salt (NaCl), or eat more natural sources. I like NoSalt brand potassium salt personally. Potatoes and bananas are the two highest natural sources of potassium. I saw somewhere that an optimum daily intake was between 1875-5625 mg from all sources. I don't count it personally. I just know to take in more if a)I get bloating from sodium or b)cramping from drinking too much water.
TweetSounds like Red Bull and Bananas are in order. I definitely need more Potassium in my diet right now I'm eating chicken and eggs (also a pretty funny game on Iwon.com) for protein and oatmeal and pasta for carbs and my Vitamin / Mineral packets only provide 99mg's of Potassium (Damn!!)

Some of your cramping could be from the incresed creatine that AAS bring.
But I bet Clen's the main cause because Clen causing an overload of free radicals your liver looses its taurine having it's osmotic pressure changed across the surfface of the cell just like glycogen depletion , T4 to T3 will also be greatly reduced. And adding Taurine is beneficial as also MG and CA for this very reason.
Taurine is being depleted from every cell while on clen so you cramp!
As I under stand with pottasium your only treating the symptom and not the cause. Depleation of taurine out of the cell and its water will take others with it.

Like I said find a good taruine sup and start with 6grams/day added with MG , CA and pottasium and this should greatly help theese cramps if not get rid of them completely.
TweetI hate clen for that exact reason. Winny seems to not only dry my joints out, mut dehyrdate me as well. If problem persists, i would switch clen to an ECA, or NYC, i notice better results off them anyway.
