TweetThat is a very good read. I totally agree, I see no reason to bulk what so ever, I don't think pros even bulk I think they eat more clean food and do less cardio. I don't know though I am not a pro. I always thought of it like that why do people bulk? Who wants to gain a bunch of fat? Some don't care. I never bulked. I looked at my body just like that article explains it. I didn't totally know everything that was going on with my body. But I knew what to eat and when to eat it. I will never forget that stuff. I always figured why not try to gain muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time. It is possible. I always did, thats all I did. You dial your diet in properly, and it is fairly easy to do that too. You eat too much you think one night, you do cardio, you compensate totally for anything you do. Or if its a refeed day you deal with it.
