TweetThose look great. I have the adidas version and they are great for squatting and cleans. They are as stiff as a board. I think there is a piece of wood in the sole
TweetI was just wondering about these, supposedly there is no bend in them. I was wondering about movements such as a seated calf, or donkey calf where you need to get up on your toes (any calf exercise really), will this shoe prevent you from doing these?
Here is a link to a general description: Nike Romaleos 2 Weightlifting Shoes
*Not pushing the link at all, I promise. Just did a quick Google search and that popped up first.
I've also watched YouTube videos on the shoe to see people's feed back on it. That is when I came across the statement that it doesn't bend, and that you have to learn how to walk in them because of that...
Thanks!
