j/k gookman, i'm actually suprised that she doesn't have a cell phone already. You should be proud of yourself for holding out this long. You will feel safer with her having it though. Now you can get to her no matter where she's at...

She's been extremely diligent in her school work As & Bs and has demonstrated that she can be responsible. Let's just hope she doesn't drop the ball on this one. Where's that bucket again? LOL!

Tweetjust explain the details of the plan and make sure she know how to find out how many minutes she has used that way she can keep track. The first month might be rocky but after that is should be fine. Or what you could do is after expalning the plan say that you are paying for the basic plan if she uses more minutes she will have to pay for it.

If she uses her minutes before the month is over, she either buys another card or the phone doesn't work, or you buy her another card. Either way you won't get shocked with a large bill, and it will teach her to use it wisely.
