    here is an example of extreme caloric addiction. They are at least. Oh ad WOOD.....you wanna stop eating so much....just take a look. Put down the ice cream and step away fromn the Krispi Kremes........

    agreed, I have several obese members in my family. It is an addiction like any other...sex, drugs, alcohol. Wasn't making putting anyone down, I felt miserable just being 30 pounds overweight. I think you might have taken my post the wrong way.........

      Obeisity sucks. My roommates mom died from being to overweight. 53. If she would have taken better care of herself she would still be here today.

        whewwww, didn't want you to think I was heartless (even though become mentally judgemental at times). My dad is about 80-100 punds overweight for as long as I can remeber. It has caused him numerous health problems and I fear for his life sometimes. I have seen him lose 70 only to gain back 80. I never see him overeat....it is when nobody is around. I found out through a nationally renound psychologist that adult children of alcoholics are often food addicts. I have an aunt that was almost 400 (had to be)....but never liked her because she was a loonatic even when she was petite
