Tweeti did the home gym thing for a couple years. if i would of had the hack squat/ leg press, i might not have joined a gym. i just wanted to hit my legs from other angles than just squating. i also didnt have the range of dumbells you have, so you got that coverd. with a cage, and maybe a preacher bench and the leg equip, i'm thinking that about does it. what about for cardio?
