Tweet^^^i've been having nights like this too on and off. last night for example was no fun.
TweetAHHH MAN..I'VE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE GETTING SLEEP FOR ABOUT WEEK AND A HALF NOW.. I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THO.
AT NIGHT I DO FEEL SLEEPY AND ALL BUT I CAN'T ACTUALLY FALL ASLEEP LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE DO. I KEEP TURNING AND TURNING.. WRESTLING WITH MY OWN BED AND PILLOW..
I WENT TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT SOME MELATONIN 5MG EXTRA STRENGHT TOOK 2 TABS - 10MG AND FELT SLEEPY BUT STILL WASN'T ABLE TO GO INTO DEEP SLEEP... ANY TECHNIQUE.. OR SOMETHING I CAN DO HERE ??? I COME TO WORK ALL ****D UP..AND YAWNING LIKE A MOTHAPHUCKER.......ANYONE GOT SOME FREE LUNESTA

Tweetsleep issues can be caused by many things such as stress, physical pains, athritis, lack of efficient h2o, needing a new bed, etc.
the thing to remember is you always want to start at the least amount of assistance and work up. Melatonin was a good start, taking a fish oil before bed can help too. check the temperature of your house before bed it could be to hot or cold and thats affecting you. I find unisom and Tylenol or Advil PM help me through rough nights. I've taken prescription sleep aids too but let me warn you its very easy to get hooked on needing these products to sleep. Like I said find the least amount of assistance and work up...

TweetI`d never suggest drinking to get sleep but... to get through a stressful time, a glass or two of red wine should make you drowsy.
Also, I read somewhere if you really can`t sleep then don`t stay in bed. Get out do some FG postin or whatever, when your drowsy then go back. The idea is to reinforce in your body/mind/subconcious that bed=sleep.
The same place I read that if you`ve got to have an arguement with your wife, don`t do it in bed - the bed is for rest and relax and romance only.
Tweetred wine and some otc sleep aid, the ingredient is dyh something.. it works pretty good but I tend to wake up in the middle of the night thirsty/
