TweetWhat's he weigh now? That was pretty high, but not too shabby with a walk out.

TweetDid I hear someone yell "up"? If he was trying to go parallel he needs to get someone to help with depth or get chains to gauge depth. You might also want to tell him that if he wants to go raw (I couldn't tell if that was a singlet or a champion squat suit) he should try to descend a little faster and push his ass back a little bit more. It looked like his shins were leaning forward a little too much and that's gonna put him at a higher risk of injury. Just my .02
TweetYeah, he needs to go lower IMO. But still a decent weight.
Tweetyes, he had a spotter and he told him up too earlyOriginally Posted by kite
TweetProps to him. Wether he had great form or good form, I still take my hat off to him. 500lbs at a 205 weight class is pretty phuquing impressive! I know a lot of guys that weigh around 220 that claim to do a 500lb squat, but what they don't tell you is that it's on a Smith Machine.

TweetGood stuff! Skar's a good guy
TweetCould the belt have been why SKAR was unable 2go parallel?!
TweetI doubt it, he was going by the "up" signal. A wider belt will make it slightly more difficult but not too hard.
