Tweetyou might have a pinched nerve.
TweetI've been off cycle now since May31st...1 month basically and my back is killing me. I assume all the heavy pain free lifting has caught up with me. The Deca, test, winny, eq, etc I assume lubricated the joints all up good while "on" and now I'm paying for it. Back has been out for two weeks now and I haven't been able to do anything let alone workout. Many people think they're witch doctors and quacks but I started going to the chiropractor and so far little progress.
I'm just gonna get through it because I haven't taken any time off from the gym in 3 years basically so I know I'm due for a break anyway. I know (I hope) when I start my next bulking cycle late July or early August that the "juice" will allow me to "feel young again". Just gotta be careful and try not to "overlift" too much. I'm 38yrs old and have been lifting 15yrs+ and I compete.
Just seems like after 35yrs old everything goes down hill fast....especially recovery from workouts.
Tweetyou might have a pinched nerve.
TweetHopefully between the traction machine, the manual adjustments, electrical stimulation and ice they've been doing on me, I'll unpinch it if that's what it is. They did tell me that it's very rare for a nerve to actually be pinched. It's more likely that the disc is inflamed and/or out of place and rubbing up against the nerve. Forget the word for it. All I know is I'm walking very crooked right now...lol I just hate using pain killers like Ibuprofen and Doans and Tylenol....rough on the liver.....gotta save the liver for muscle building drugs...lol Not a silly little thing like pain relief...
Tweeta bulging disc can cause that as well. you ever had an MRI?
