Keep in mind one bottle at 400 mg a week will only last you 5 weeks. You should get another bottle and run it for 10 weeks.

You might also want to get some liquidex as an anti E and also to reduce the bloat you may get from the cyp. You only need to take it every 3 days because it has a long half life. Just my opinion.

TweetI'll be running a cycle like yours (but 500/wk) and plan on running it with ixed .50mg/d, proscar 1.25mg/d, HCG at wk6 2xwk 500iu through wk 11 with nolva 10mg when HCG starts till end of clomid and of course clomid post cycle 300-1d 150-10d 100-10d 50-10d split (after HCG is over)...

I wouldn't use the nolva or idex unless you start to have a problem. You'll know there is something going on in your nips long before you actually see gyno...

Some people like the better safe than sorry approach, I prefer not taking any meds unless there is a real need.

Both sides have their points.

I also prefer taking enan or cyp once per week and not spreading out 3x per week. Its a long acting ester for that reason, not having to do a bunch of shots every week. Personal preference.

For a first cycle this sounds good at 400mgs a week. Clomid use after the cycle after 2 weeks and the Nolvadex use in case you see signs of gyno. Some people are prone to it and some are not, just to be on the safe side bro.

TweetOne other thing to consider is to have plenty of Nolvadex on hand for after your cycle.

Often times, even if you don’t need much (or any) during the cycle, you can develop problems many weeks or even months after a cycle.

It’s just good cheap insurance to always have some Nolvadex on hand.
