Tweethey has any one ever tried runnin a ccycle... and eat like 6k calz for 2 wks bulk as much as possible then drop cals to 2000 or some thing and do cardio ??? and keep doin that for like 12 wks , thatll give u 6 wks bulk and 6 wks cuttin...

TweetI tried it a few years ago, when i was natural though. Worked well for me. I didn't do cardio, just ate clean. The 2 weeks when bulking I ate like shit. Fast food 5x's a week, shit load of carbs, anything to get those calories in.
Try it, see how ur body reacts. Do it in the Fall, that would be a good time to start.
TweetWorks well for me... I go a little longer though. I do 3-4 week cycles. For example, if I'm mainly interested in putting on mass, I'll bulk for 4 weeks and diet for 2-3, or reverse the situation if I'm mainly interested in weight loss.
