Tweetrun a anti-e with the cycle bro
that will help with the bloat(nolva/ arim/ldex ...ect)
TweetHey guys!
I hope you can provide me with some information concerning following;
at the 1st of may i began my contest preparation. Until 2 weeks ago, i did it the clean way but then i saw that i most likely would loose a lot of lean bodymass. I decided to do a little cycle to get harder and in order to keep lean muscles;
EOD; 50mg winstrol
EOD; 2ml test prop.
2 days on, 2 days off ; clenbuterol
Right now, i eat "only 2600 cal" and i spend like 1 hour on the hometrainer every morning. here it comes; during the past week, i almost GAINED 4,5 kilos and most of it looks water retetention to me...im more ripped, but not harder at all... is this because of the test prop.? and how long does it take to get rid of this water retention? thought that test prop and winstrol didnt cause this side effect.
Do i have to be concerned about gettin' ***** tits? and what supplements do you advice after my cycle in order to keep as much lean mass as possible?
Greetz, Luna

Gearjunky is only an imaginary character
I realy weight 135lbs and never used a dumbell in my life.
Tweet4.5kg in one week is a lot of mass, mostlikly not all muscle.
an anti e will help keep the bloat down just as gearjunky said
Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great ones make you feel that you too, can become great.
Tweethow much would i use then? and what do you prefer; nolvadex or clomid? and how long? during or after the cycle?
thought that winstrol stopped estrogen as well?
TweetNolvadex and clomid are not very effective on water retention. Use arimidex or actually aromasin, most people prefer aromasin for water retention, I have heard it refered to as raid for water.![]()
