experiment b12 and sterile oil with prop
Tweeti have both of these and tried to prove which one is better for{me}.sterile oil did help,of course..still sore but acceptable.then 2nd day tried to add b12.it hurt right away......prop

Tweeti use oil to cut the prop but have started last week adding b12 to the inject as well if it helps it is minimal but i just like the way the b12 makes me feel.
