hey guys im about 12% bf right now... as u know im about to start my bulkin cycle in 4 wks or so, i was wondering do u think its ok if i get on 10mg of dbolz in the AM and start doin cardio 3-4x per week for like 30min , to try and loss some more fat before i start my bulking??
i really hate to get fat like i did after my first cycle so thats why i wana be @ 10% when i start my bulkin... and i am scared ill loss muscle if i dont do the 10mg dbolz in am...
