      My next cycle starts in december. From my experience I gain most the first week and after that I start gaining fat more rapidly, and gains start to slow down.

      I therefor thought I would try something different.

      Take a look and let me know what you think, this cycle would be better for one who likes shorter cyces to comment.

      12 weeks cycle

      Base 1: 800mg Test E UG lab(strength is hard to tell) 12 weeks
      Base 2: 500mg EQ UG lab 12 weeks
      Base 3: Arimidex 1mg ED 12 weeks

      BULK
      weeks 1-3: Dbol 35mg ED
      Weeks 1-3: Test propionat 50mg ED
      DIET + 1500cas ED from my BMR, fat about 100g(al from omega 3, 6 and 9), protein 1.8g per lb. Carbs with protein, and fat with protein.

      Cut
      Weeks 4-6:
      Adding Clen first 14days and then 1 wee with ECA. Green tea, yohimbine HCL oral and yohimburn 2 times per day.
      Diet: 40/40/20
      Weeks 7-9½:
      Bulk

      7-9: Dbol 35mg ED
      Test prop 50mg ED
      Diet as with weeks 1-3

      Weeks 9½-13
      Extra vitamines, everything like the first cut weeks 4-6
      start the cutting phase and go full out getting down to about 6% BF. Yohimbine, Clen, T3

      Weeks 14-16: HCG(will also use this every third week during the cycle at 1000iu taken in two days time. Post cycle Therapy with Clen, nolvadex, avena sativa, extra multivitamines and so on.

      workout, HST-way...


      NOTE: fist I thought about doing DECA 400mg WITH EQ 400mg but I'm to affraid I won get back n track(recovery) from it......also thought of anadrol instead of dbol..thoghts?

      I don't like the bulk/cut/bulk aspect. 3 weeks is no where near enough time to cut up. Plus placing it in the middle doesn't make sense to me.

      I'd jumpstart your cycle with either prop or dbol the first few weeks. If you want to try to cut up start the thermogenics week 9 or so and run it till the conclusion of your cycle and past a few weeks. Although I'm not very fond of the idea of trying to bulk and cut in the same cycle. In my opinion it's either a cutting cycle or a bulking cycle, but a lot of people add the thermogenics and drugs that cause less water retention (i.e. winny, primo) towards the end in an effort to harden up.

      I've done a few cycles and I always notice gains come are the best the first 3, then they are moderate up until week 6 when they start to slow down and fat speeds up. I've tried aproaches like ABCDE even on gear with success before. It seems like my body responds very good to the explosion that appears when going on a cycle as with when changning gear. Bt maybe you are right, maybe 6 weeks bulk followed by 6 weeks cut would be a better pick.

      I've always done my cut seperate. You can run your bulk gear....
      anadrol 50mg or 100mg/d 5 weeks
      test eth
      test prop
      EQ (or deca).......run this for 12-16 weeks, complete the whole cycle. this includes your post cycle therapy. Then do your cutting cycle. Thats the best way to ensure that you get the most out of the gear.

      The 3 week blitz is meant for more advanced users. I dont think your at that point right now.....

      It's worth to give it one more thought. The thing is this. I need to get my mass bw up another 10lb, arms about 1" more, then styart cutting down.

      The reason I would opick 3 weeks bulk 3 weeks cut would be this:

      first 3 weeks I would start off with bulk but clean, then the following 3 weeks I would cut up but not decrease the cals that much, just add in Clen and up on the cardio, that might help me with loose some BF and still make a minor gain in mass, then after those 3 weeks go back on bulking and so on. That would help me with holdding down fat.

      The alternative would be to go on 2 weeks moderate doses and cut up, then when the gear starts kicking in I would start bulking weeks 3-8(maybe 10), then after that I would start cutting up for weeks 9(or11) to 12(or 13) or should I say it like this, for as long as I had to be oin to get down to 5% bf.

      thoughts...

      Beeing on for more than 8 weeks and bulking is no way, I never will do that again.

      well......I dunno why your takin that approach to it.....why do you not want to get big?? so people dont think your on juice? Are you making weight for sumthin??

      Well I can't be too big for my weightclass, that's why. I'm competing and too long bulk will make my cutting hard and I might start loosing mass then. I tend to gain fat pretty fast after 8 weeks or so.

      you should of told us that from the beginning.......

      If you want lean muscle without the huge mass, then try winny, anavar, EQ with clen. Theres other options besides taking bulking drugs. Do a search of mild anabolic cycles.
