TweetIf you are desperate to see something immediately:
Take you dbol religiously, injest a ton of food, and drink at least 3 litres of mineral water each day, work the legs with heavy weight and focus on macro movement exercises.
I definitely noticed a difference by the end of my week 2: I think I gained somewhere between 5-7 lbs. at that point. For the first few weeks of my cycle I was gaining a half a pound each and every day.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
Tweethow much dbol were you taking? im taking 1 1/2 ml day split 3 times a day. think I need to bump it up or just give it time???
