Tweeti have recently picked up a shoulder injury whilst on my cycle. but the unjury only stops me from doing flat bench both barbell and dumbell, which was my favorite exercise. i was benching over 400lb, now i am below that.
Now my main chest exercise is incline and weighted dips. does anyone think that not being able to do flat bench bench will be a problem for my chest development.
