  • Whats up with my weight???

    I use to be at about 219 to 227 all the time. I am never the same weight every day. Now i am working out harder eating WAY more 5 times a day or maore (very very clean) drinking protien taking creatine, ref-b and qv e250. I now am staying 220 everyday...what gives!

    maybe your loosing fat? How far you in the cycle?
    Gearjunky is only an imaginary character
    I realy weight 135lbs and never used a dumbell in my life.

          like boss said bro give it atlease some time to kick in and if after your 3 week you dont gain then come back and ask away
          and also test enanthate takes aleast 3-5 weeks to kick in

              Im not trying to rush it! I was just use to going up and down on the weight and now steady 220

                  Going up and down is almost, but not always, always water weight, ie, sodium related.

                  In morning you're lean, you haven't taken fluids in all night, you're body is repairing, thus low water weight.

                  You start eating and drinking all day, especially if high sodium stuff you retain water.

                  If you are now eating clean, and drinking your 1-2 gallons of water a day, the body will not need to hold water, and thus you're weight will be more stable.

                  That's how most folks bodies work, now there's always that rare breed no matter what they eat or drink they weigh the same, so go figure, thatsa life.
