Tweetfor me its definatly quads, I dont even feel the 25 guage pin go in and can use my other hand to steady the needle.

TweetFor small injections, and just overall feel, it'd have to be pecs. Easiest to hit no matter how big I get, can always see it and use two hands, and can't feel a thing with a 29g .5 slin pin. If I'm doing a 3cc shot though, I use a 25g 1in and hit my quads, but since there's a lot of scar tissue in some places there, it's not my favorite.

TweetOn a average size person: quads and glutes 2 mls, delts and tricepts 1-1.5 mls, becepts .5-1 ml.

I would depend on the size of the person and the amount of BA in the injection. I've tried 3 mls in each bicept, couldn't bend my arms for a week. Also tried 3 mls in each trap, hurt to do squats and bench for a week.
