Alright my buddy used to play football hes 24 now and still works out regularly. He was wondering what kind of cycle he could run hes never really ran a “cycle” before. his stats are 6’2, 270, and around 18% he runs and he eats clean so hes a good candidate.
He doesn’t want to get bigger, just wants to lean down get a little more ripped/ harder no bloat. So I have some thought but I wanted to se what you guys think….he cant take clen, he tried ephedrine once and it made his nose bleed and what not.
I was thinking maybe sust and winny, 12 weeks winny the last 6. but that might be a shock he has taken winny before but he only took it for like 2 weeks it’s a long story.

i love winny personally, but if you wanna go super safe the i guess avoid the A-17's... although 6 weeks on winny most likely won't cause a problem at all.
your friend will gain a little more lean mass with the EQ while he will get better strength gains out of the winny.
winny also has an anti-e effect which is useful when taking test.
it's a toss up for sure...

TweetYea I told him the same that he needs to drop down to like 14ish before starting anything…hes not a fat ass by any means hes just a big dude… nose bleed thing happened after football practice while he was taking it so it could have been the heat and the workout with the ephedrine….and that was like 3 years ago, but he told he his bp is normal as of a month ago.
I keep telling him most people take gear b/c they want to get size not loose it, its all in the diet….but big runs in the family his dad is an x-power lifter he was a dumb truck in his twenties…I think it will be a waste or money to take anything until he gets lower bf.…I don’t know, I just don’t really know what to tell him…so im all ears
