TweetSo Im not sure if anyone has seen this documentary but I will tell you this. I have been training for about 5yrs and I have never taken a break in training. I always work out about 5-6 days a week and I work 12hr days or more. I started off weighing 118lbs and now am currently 170lbs. I admit, at first I wasnt educated and am still currently in the process of about 1 yr study/research on gear, but I believed everything the news, ppl (ignorant ones any way), and media told me about steriods and the "dangers" associated with them. Well after doing all my research and watching this documentary its really funny how ppl dont really know alot about anabolic steriods and what they can really do, if they are not abused. Jesus, I wish I could really explain how I feel, especially since I have been looking into them for quite awhile and didnt want to jump on them like most ppl I know did becuase I didnt want to look like an effin retard and jump into something without the knowledge nessicary. I used to get really pissed at ppl who used gear because to be honest, I worked my ass off for 5 f*n years to get where I am now and I see ppl at 150lbs blast to 190lbs in about 5 wks and I about loose my mind. I gotta say, I now understand that everyone, genetically, can only go so far, but if you wanna take your training to the next limit, you gotta get educated and step it up. I dont know, what do all of you think about that? Am I in the ballpark or way off? O ps, the movie is great by the way if you havent seen it! I def recommend it!!
