Tweetit will help get rid of and prevent depending on how bad you break out. try to do a stand up so your not laying in your own sweat, other wise bring something to wipe off with.

TweetYes it does help as it helps dry the skin. It also help in healing thoses little red dots that linger afterward. It will help also in reoccuring, unless it is cronic, then you will need a good cream or script.

TweetIt works for me like he said the stand up works great! I still had a little acne, but after taking some pantothenic acid (vitamin b5)for about a week, I have cleared up significantly.
Tweetgettin a nice burn clears up the pimples, but also i started using that proactiv just a couple of months a go and it has helped my skin along with one of my good buddies, dramatically.
