Tweetkeep up the good work bro!!!
Tweethere are a few pictures of my progress...
It started when i went to university in 2001 and my diet went out the window...within a year i gained 4+ stone of solid FAT(56lb) and began to hate myself in photo's...women became none existant in my life (can u blame them?)and i was very depressed...

...my health was suffering too...even when walking half a mile to classes i would become sweaty and out of breath...so...in 2002 i decided to join a gym and change my diet...
...not much difference in the photo but it was a start for me..

within 5-6months i had lost 2 stone and gained some muscle...my health was improving week by week and i started to enjoy being outdoors playing sports again.....i went on holiday with my mum in 2003....and in my own time dared to take my t-shirt off to sunbath and swim without feeling embarissed...

....since that holiday i dedicated more time and effort to the gym and my diet...with the aim of looking even better for my next holiday...from that point on, i have lost another 2 stone and am feeling pretty good....women give me more attention and i love it!!!

TweetGood job... I would say you're about the weight (a little on the upper side) of most guys your age (e.g., when people see you they don't think "fat" like before)... you've definately made some awsome progress... keep it up, you definately are getting there.
Tweetawesome brother. Thats what i like to hear. I congradulate u bro for not giving up and continuing. Alot of people wont see results not knowing that working out takes time and give up. I was a skinny little bastard at 135, I pushed myself, and pushed. And now at 22, Ive gotten to 230 of damn muscle, because i continued and never gave up. When people would put me down, i continued and now whos laughing, me cause they wanna look like me. But good job bro!!!
