as for the high BP any of this will work: Hawthorn, Cayenne, Kudzu, Saffron, Valerian, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin C, CoQ10, Garlic, Onions, Fennel, Oregano, Black Pepper, Basil, Kava-Kava, etc..... just make sure to lower ur sodium intake as much as possible, and avoid fatty food...
