Tweetaleve is always good... but it will normally take a few days for the pain to be gone.
TweetI took my 1st shot on sat in the right quad, and the other half today in the left quad. My right leg is sore, and tomorrow is leg day, how long does the pain usually last, and is there anything i can do to help it along? I dont mind the pain, but when it tries to stand between me and a killer workout, somethings got to be done:2gunsfiri

TweetWorking out my legs actually seems to help get rid of the soreness---
The first few warmup sets are a little rough, but once you get warm you should be good to go
Silverback gorilla in the concrete jungle, Im the strongest around.
Tweeti was waiting fo ryou to post something along these lines...........may be best in the future to inject teh quad on a leg day. inject right before you workout
usually it doesn't bother me, but today evry squat was slanted to the right bc my leg was really sore.
my guess is after a warm up set or two you will be fine
