TweetI don't think you could measure it correctly without a slin pin and you shold have started it right after your last shot of eq and run it for 2 weeks then started your pct. But the best way is to run throughout your cycle a couple times a week at 250-500ius. Just so you know for next time.
If you could get some pins I would suggest running some still.

You can run it up until 3 days before you start PCT with anti-estrogens. And yes, it will greatly help your recovery if you do it this way.

buy some slin pins and do sub-Q injections.
