Ice-out pike fishing in Maine
TweetAbout a month ago me and my brother went up to the belgrade lakes in maine to fish for pike just as the ice was going out. Always wanted to catch it like this. It was so cold but worth it. You have to be careful because if the wind shifts you might find that where you launched the boat is now ice bound!
You can see the ice line in this pic. There were ice chunks everywhere, if you fell in you would not last long!
