Dumb ass drivers

TweetI'm cruising the on ramp through the woods last night to get on 95 south on my way home from work, got 3 cars in front of me and we're doing about 40 and all of sudden I see some dumb ass woman headlights driving on the left shoulder coming the wrong way! Then to make matters worse, the dumb ass lady in front of me just locks it up and freezes coming to a complete stop. Now I got no where to go! I lock it up and slide stopping about 3 inches from the lady in front of me. From the amount of smoke i probably burnt off all my tread. I swear too many people should just not be allowed to drive!
