TweetI agree with CJ. Go to drs before starting aas if you have issues with bp, and monitor them while on cycle. There are some organic products and low dosage of asprin that can help to free up blood flow, cholesterol, etc that you can take without taking prescription drugs, but only as a precautionary measure. If you are borderline high or higher these may not be enough. It is always good to check bp at least once per wk while on.

Coffee
Alcohol
Tobacco

My BP was really bad in college due to these three but after I quit (2 of 3) then my BP became normal. If your on AAS and wanting to take care of details that will keep your BP lower, asprin does make a difference... but alcohol and tobacco can be killers, drop these and your BP will change.
