Bigga...that sounds like what I used to do in the ol' high school days. And you're right, cause whatever I was doing from 17-21 worked like a charm (not to mention metabolism). But hey, maybe I'll try that again, and just go from one set to the next, until my routine is up. This was the weightlifting is almost like a second cardio session. After all, this is what Arnold recomends in his ENCY. Also, the cardio idea sounds deadly! lol, but maybe I can do that. As stated above, i'm gonna try to move cardio time up to 45-60 min A.M. on emtpy stomach 3 X week. Maybe by making it very intense, it will change something.
