I ramp up to 120 or 140 mcg. I hate the sides.. but at least I don't have trouble sleeping on clen, whereas with ECA I'm awake at 4am.

Tweeti really enjoy clen, i ramp from 40-120. I start at about 8-9% and can hit 7%. while putting on quality mass. it helps control the fat gain while on.

TweetClen is not over rated in my opinion. I dont get results from ECA's. At one point I was at 17-18%bf and after running clen for 8 weeks(2 on 2 off) I was at 14%( I also ran Enath,EQ, and t-3 with it, but i got awesome results). I plan on running a clen/t-3 cycle within the next 3 weeks. I'll let you know how it goes.

It would seem odd that it would only kill cardiac cells. It sounds like a statement that the media played on to sound more dramatic.
