TweetBig Mike's on vacation, Fuzo is about to run it aparently, he should know. I was also wondering the samething. Also, if you were just going to run it to burn fat, how long would you take it and at how many iu's? I know most guys take 3 or 4 iu's a day, but thats usually for a long period of time.
