      That ? could honestly be answered a million different ways bro. I mean a power lifter who competes could be as high as 25-30% when starting and for him that is fine and good. Give us your stats, experience/time with lifting/, # of cycles, and what you are trying to achieve and we wil try and help you with a more definitive answer!

      the only reason i said under 15 is because if u are over u probably dont know how to diet or your lacking something in the gym.

      I think many guys are not below 15 when they start a cycle - It all depends - give us some background info.
