Anyone suffer from this condition? I've had RLS for many years. Lately, it's getting worse and affecting my arms, neck, back and even into my scalp. Sleep (deep REM sleep) is nonexistent for me, as I'm usually pacing the house while the rest of the family sleeps. I'm averaging around 4-5 broken hours of sleep per night -- typically 4-5 nights per week. This shit needs to end. It's slowly killing me.
