help fast with nizoral mans products??
Tweethey guys i just got the hair care package...iam shedding alot i need help with how to apply the products.... i know the dosagesd and days but i need help with what to actually do with them..as far as like the spiro 2% do i put it on with a wet head after shower??? dry hair??? i mean i dont know what to do with it also do i apply it to the sides the temples where iam r3eceding?? also my azleric acid and minoxidil is in spray....do i put it on in shower??? dry hair??? i dont have a clue...i want to do this right for sure...i am not balding or thinned enough on top to use the minoxidil yet i dont think... i mean do i spray it on wet head in shower rub it in leave it for few mintues then rinso or do i leave it in??? also with the spiro do i leave that in or rinse it out before leaving the house??? thanks guy and sorry for long mess here

TweetI'd use the minoxidil/azelaic acid preparation 2x per day (a.m. and p.m., doesn't matter wet or dry hair). Spiro I'd just use at night, as it has kinda a funky smell to it. Massage it into the scalp/temple areas as best you can and leave it in, dont rinse it out. I use it after I shower, but I don't think it's really all that important.
btw, I'd use the entire package NOW. Don't save it for when you start seeing visible signs of loss. By then, it's too late.

Just curious if your hair thinned a bit when you first started taking it. SP is the only product I've added to my preventatives' stack in the past few months and I swear my hair has gotten a little thinner. Stress levels have been ultra-high as well, so that may very well have something to do with it. I even pushed back my cycle because of it, instead doing a slin only cycle for seven weeks... I hope it's just some kinda feedback loop and it thickens back up again. It's not drastic by any means, but I can notice it.
I really wanna do the cycle I intended, but I'll trade it in and go with var and slin instead if I have to.
