How much cycling do you do? time on and off? Also do you use clomid and nolvas?

What is your diet like? Plenty of omega 3's and fibre?

Clomid doesnt have the ability to help lower cholesterol as does nolva. I had an ekg done back in march because I had an "episode" and the doc said it was fine and so was my bloodwork. He did say my bloodpressure and chloresteral were out whack. After that I used nolva and hcg post cycle and I am fine, even with eating like a pig.(get heartburn though)

some people are just more prone to this than others , im sure your doc has a few pills he would recommend but i dont know how they interact with a.s.

They are both serm's and have antagonistic effects in breast tissue and agonist effects on the liver. As far as I know and from everyone i have ever heard talk about it clomid does benefit cholesterol levels. Why do you say it does not. Maybe I have been misinformed.

You said your diet kinda sucks so clean that up first. Supps like policosanol and red yeast rice have been shown to benefit cholesterol levels. I suggest you get and use some. Run nolv or clomid at a low dose throughout all your cycles in the future. Vit E can help as well.

Cardio will probably be the #1 most beneficial thing you can do right now. I would suggest starting out with at least 2 sessions a week and increasing.

I would have to agree with Pudgy. It's all about whether or not you are susceptible to heart issues. Genetics are a huge determinant. The important matter here is knowledge. One should get checked out by a doctor on a regular basis and if you're on AAS, then you should get checked even more.

GI Joe... knowing is half the battle.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
