TweetHow long is insulin good for with out refridgeration???
The reason, transporting it too and from work and the gym. I would keep it all day in the fridge at work. However, it will sit at room temp while i'm working out (2 hrs Max.)

I would never ever take my slin before I took my carb meal. What if you get in traffic and you cant get home in time (yes you should have something with you but still)
and what if you take the shot at your house and then your house catches on fire before you make your shake and you have to run outside. You have no carbs. your fucked. Timing is not worth it IMO.
