TweetI've been on Fina and Prop for 2 1/2 weeks and haven't noticed much of a strength increase. I have put on weight and I am hard as a rock. I know the Prop is real for sure it stings like a ***** and my sex drive had gone through the roof. I am kind of questioning the Fina (the label on the bottle says Finaplix-h, Hoechst-Roussel Vet, 33 mg's) I can see all the crushed tabs and specks in the solution. Has anyone ever heard of this type of Fina??

Only Fina I have been using is homemade. I would think that there shouldn't be any crap on the bottom if the vial.
Tweeti've been on fina for 1.5 weeks now and i am just starting to see gains. last night, everything i lifted felt a lot lighter than it did last week. i pressed 275 on incline bench press and was very comfortable. i think i was pressing 245 last week and it felt heavy...keep in mind that we all have good and bad days, so ymmv.

I would like to do a refeeding also. Can you tell me what you do to refeed? More calories I guess and what is your Protein/Carb/Fat ratio? I am really trying to get leaner and cut.
I am getting bigger but I still look the same only bigger. Not leaner at all, which is really what I am looking for. I was on a keto diet for 2.5 months (no Gear) then went off it for 3 weeks and now want to go back to a keto diet and have the FAT hopefully melt off. I hardly lost any fat while I was on Keto, but I had no gear in me either. I am hoping when I go back on Keto with Gear the FAT will melt off?
Any Suggestions? I have a hard time loosong BF. I have been doing morning cardio 30-40 minutes on an ampty stomach and I still lost very little after 2.5 months so I went back on a normal diet with lots of Oatmeal as my main carb source except post workout where I included 75 grams of simple carbs with a whey shake. Do you have any tips? Do you think the FAT will melt off faster now that I am running Tren75/Prop100/EQ100 (4 days a week)
