These 3 months i cut my carbs to 10% of my diet and hit the cross trainer (cardio) 3-4 times per week at 40min a day. I burn 600 calories per session. I also increase my protein to 70% of my diet, and take 1 mutivitamin every 12 hours instead of only 1/day.
***Oh, yeah. Billy's is very, very good, but id go broke doing his. My cycle is very, very, cost effective. Add everything up in my cycle and it costs no more than 500$ for the three months. Add his up and your in debt for life. No offense, since the question is "what is the mother" of all cutting cycles, billy wins. But again mine is very effective if you cut your carbs, up your protein, and do cardio 4 times per week. The key with cutting is diet and cardio. Supplements are exactly what they are, SUPPLEMENTS.

Now, let me explain the anadrol and the diet. Lets say for a 200lb man. Weeks 1-7 were going to want 350g p, 100g c (75 post wk out) 50g f (olive oil, flax, etc). Weeks 8-12, we are wanting 350g p, dropping carbs down to 25g, post workout only, and 75 g of good fats. This is where the anadrol comes in. You cut carbs down to the bare minimum, and cut sodium out as much as possible, and the anadrol will help keep muscles looking full, and you will still be able to get decent pumps in the gym. Lots of competitive bbers use this trick, but we arent going for contest condition, so a little soduim and a few g of carbs are ok.
