TweetIm the type of person who lives a structured life. I like to get up the same time, eat most of the same meals, workout at the same time, etc. I hate being "out of my element" so to speak. I like to measure out my food on scales, etc. After all these years, i still cant guess well whats 8oz of steak. Anyways, my GF's family is down from NY, and they decide they want to see the Yankees play the rangers. So, me and the girl, go work out, and then eat at a place called Fuddruckers with them. I get shit for ordering a double chicken salad at a burger place. "What, do you want more veins sticking out?" Then we go to the game, I pass up the crap there, and make a shake inside my water bottle with a mrp i had in my short pocket. Her family looks at me, like i just commited blasphemy. On the way back, i ate at taco bell (chicken taco salad) then stopped at a mall, before eating at Salt Grass again with the whole crew. I HATE THIS. I like to be structured, i was basically flying by the seat of my pants as far as nurtition went. Im not against cheat days, but i dont do one unless i have a phsycological need for one, my body will tell me when i need one. I got weird looks asking how much chicken is on a regular salad, etc. Especially when on cycle, and cutting, i hate this shit. I hope im not the only one that likes to prepare all their own meals, and run by theri schedule not a group schedule.

I'm like that at times too kid, but sometimes you just have to let loose, no biggie though

My girls mom allways thinks she's cooking healthy.... and the meals are no where close...lol She probally thinks I don't like her cooking...ha Every time she envites me over to eat, I always end up on the grill. Then she tries to monitor me like im a kid. With comments like "Are you sure that's done?", "I want mine real well!"..... Anyway! She does brag about the cooking skills though... Her family is always asking when if im gonna grill when they come up... lol

Im the same way brother. I eat every three hours and know what to eat. Its like when I go to a restaurant I eat high protein foods like chicken, fish, steaks, I aviod the fats. Thats why I always carry 2 or 3 cans of tuna with me.
