TweetI usually just breath in and out. I do not believe an exercise session gets rid of stress, not for me anyways. Exercise adds to stress for me, continuous exercise over a period of time like weeks or months will lower my stress levels, but it is not an immediate release. If I have anxiety exercise works, but it just amps me up. I have been stressed my whole life, it feels like I could flip out easily. Usually just a yell to my self gets rid of the way I feel. I bet if you just screamed at the top of your lungs in anger, you would feel 100 times better. It seems to me I feel like afterwards, "Why did I even scream" . Then I feel fine. I would also suggest meditation. These things can be temporary for short term, if used over a period of time, they will decrease or eliminate your stress level overall.
