      what's up fella's....just a few questions that i know you'll be able to answer. i've been planning this cycle for a few months, and thought i had everything worked out, but just happened across a thread dealing with deca induced gyno not being the same as typical test associated gyno. personally, gyno is my biggest concern with AS. i was under impression gyno resulted only from estrogen, so nolva or arimidex should do the trick...but seems like they deca gyno is pretty common, so i just wanted to be sure. also, anyone use the combo of nolva and arimidex, or just the arimidex solo? i've already got the post cycle gear...nolva, clomid, and arimidex if needed. here's the plan, its a little bit unique, based on something a friend did and had great results with...i'm hoping for lots of suggestions:
      i'm 6'3", about 250lbs, prob 10-15%BF, i'm planning lots of cardio with this cycle as well.

      wks. 1-8 Sust 250/wk for base/bulk
      wks. 6-10 Deca 400/wk for retained strength, but would switch to winny if gyno will be a problem...i'm definetly looking for something to help keep the gains.
      Plan on running clenbuterol throughout the cycle as well at 20 - 40 mcg per day depending on how it feels once i start.
      i'm also gonna take the nolva 20mg ED from start to finish...but not sure how long to continue after the cycle.

      Bro keep it simple your getting to complicated. Do a test only cycle of a single ester test like enanthate or cypionate go 350-500mg a week have nolva on hand encase of gyno. Your diet will determine what your cycle is bulk or cut.

      awesome. i knew i'd get some good input. please keep them coming...my original plans were to go with a single esther of the test., but like i said, a friend had good results with the sust. assuming i go with a single test x10-12 wks, what would you guys recommend for keeping the gains...would the winny work, and when should i start that? at this point, i'm only looking to do 1, or at most, 2 cycles and burn as much fat as possible while putting on size and keeping as much stength as possible afterwards.

      Don't we all Bro you're not seting realistic goals it one or the other gaining or losing not both. Why don't you try losing all the fat you can before starting to cycle. Other wise you'll have to do more then 2 cycles, which I think you'll end up doing any way. But stick to the basics use one compound for your first cycle then add another on your second.

      Yeah test is a good beggining cycle . 500 mg / week for 10-12 weeks is good . Well good luck on your cycle .

      Definitely listen to what the others have said. Test only @ 400mgs/wk for ten weeks is plenty, although sust 250mg/wk with deca 400mgs/wk for ten weeks, in all honesty, wouldn't be a bad beginner cycle either. But just keep it simple the first time around. Test solo---cheap, effective, sides easy to control---you can't go wrong.

      thanks guys, i really appreciate everyone's help. sounds like a solo test. cycle is the way to go. i don't plan on starting until the beginning of next month, so i still have some time to work things out. i check this board just about every day, so if anyone else has some comments, please feel free.

      another question though...what do you guys use for a protein supplement? i've been blowin' my wad on nitro-tech for the last 2 years, but i've heard from lots of people that its not worth the $$$?
