Well today was my first day back in the gym in over a year, and i did chest and tris. Now my question is, is should i be going 110% right off the bat, like i did today, or should i moderately work my way back. I don't know if im going to overdue myself because of my absence in the gym. Also how long should i expect before my lifting weights start goin back up to what they were? Just to give a little recap of the last year: when i quit i was benching about 320-325 max. Today i did 185/6 time, 205/5 times (with spotter) and then 225/ twice with spotter. Now this was very depressing and made me want to juice up on the spot, but i know this is just something im going to have to get over. but im just curious on what i can expect over the next couple months.
