TweetYour fine Mary it isn't going to hurt you bad a week of bad eating unless your doing a show and you this your last week. If you want to reach your goal just make sure your diet is right and your calories are where they should be. Eating IMO is 85% of the game. Just keep doing what your doing but judging by your height and weight your already small. I guess I would need to know more about your diet workout but just keep doing what your doing as long as your getting results. Good luck
