Alright everyone, i am doing up a log of this product by checking my blood sugar ranges. Now this should be nice and interesting because i am and have been eating stupid clean with little to no sugar so i am insulin sensitive like a champ. i do have a pretty hefty cheat meal on saturdays. so i do get a nice spike once a week. i also use cyclic dextrin along with eaa during my training. so i will test my glucose response after a couple different meals as well as at mid point during training and post training. this should give a pretty good idea of what impact it has on me. i may also do a fasted test and see what happens with that as well.
