TweetSweet!!!!
TweetAlright everyone, i am doing up a log of this product by checking my blood sugar ranges. Now this should be nice and interesting because i am and have been eating stupid clean with little to no sugar so i am insulin sensitive like a champ. i do have a pretty hefty cheat meal on saturdays. so i do get a nice spike once a week. i also use cyclic dextrin along with eaa during my training. so i will test my glucose response after a couple different meals as well as at mid point during training and post training. this should give a pretty good idea of what impact it has on me. i may also do a fasted test and see what happens with that as well.
so for my fasted glucose levels without glycophase is: 91

Tweetso i did two tests yesterday. i took my dose of glycophase on an empty stomach fasted and then i tested my glucose levels after. i also did my glucose again with my post workout meal which is one of my highest carb meals of the day.
so normal fasted glucose is 91. with glycophase it came down to 56.
after my post workout meal without glycophase it was 163. i will check with my dose of glycophase tomorrow, to see what the difference is.
my post workout meal looks like this:
8oz sirloin
12oz purple potato
banana
1 heaping tbl spn natural honey

TweetIs that ok any gh though or mk677, maybe I missed that part sorry. I saw 56 but didn’t know if it was in relation to glucose issues on elevated igf.
